Q1. What are the featured selling categories at IMA USA Shop?

At IMA USA Shop, we strive to be the one-stop shop for our customers, whether you are looking for health & beauty products, electronics, sporting goods, home and kitchen items, fashion and accessories, toys, books, pet supplies or games. Our goal is to fulfill all your needs here. We appreciate our shoppers and won’t ever offer inappropriate or X-rated products.

Q2. Do you only sell products in the US?

We have a special desire to highlight and support American made products and those items sourced from the US, but we do support US citizens that create or resell products sourced outside of the US as well. Unlike other marketplaces, we won’t be shipping anything overseas at this point. We also provide information on where the products are from, we don’t hide these facts so if you want to support American made products, we are confident you’ll love buying from IMA USA Shop. Since our site is relatively new, we are seeking US vendors to add their products to our site.

Q3. How can we reach out to customer service in case of any queries?

Our customer services team is available 8am – 8pm EST to assist customers with their concerns. If you are having difficulties with our site, you can always contact us through email at customerservice@imausashop.com and we’ll follow up within 24 hours.

Q4. How long does it take to deliver the products to our doorstep?

We only ship in the USA, so most orders will take around 5-10 business days to get delivered. In case of any delays in your shipment, we will make sure that we keep you in the loop through email or your contact number.

Q5. I received some unacceptable products; what should be my next step?

First, please accept our apologies for the mishap! At IMA USA Shop, we look forward to satisfying the needs of all our customers. If the products that you received are not according to the requirements, please contact us right away. Our customer service will respond ASAP on the steps to return or replace your item. Q6. What are your return policies?
Our return policies allow customers to return their items within 10 days (after delivery). Please note that the product you are returning should be returned in the same condition it was received if you would like a refund. We encourage you to review the return shipping steps and requirements for all buyer and seller policies if you have questions or concerns with your product shipping, missing items, damaged or broken
Q7. As a seller, can I contact my buyer personally?

Our site facilitates communication between you and your buyer to make the selling process easier and to protect both our customers and vendors. Making direct contact

between buyer and seller is discouraged at IMA USA Shop. We may give exceptions for specific reasons, but even those Vendors that need communication with customers to create specialized items, should be able to utilize our communication platform without issue. In case of any violation of these rules, we reserve all the rights to take strict actions

Q8. Can I transfer my selling account to someone else?
For security purposes, vendors, sellers, and customer accounts at IMA USA Shop are not transferable. We encourage everyone to keep their information secure by building separate accounts. However, if you are willing to transfer the rights of account management to someone else, you may contact our customer support to add a user with limited access.
Q9. Are there any restrictions on the products that are offered on the site?
Since we want to offer a wide range of products, we allow our sellers to sell almost any legal product they want. However, since we have customers of all ages visiting our store, we wanted to create a safe online purchasing site for our families to go, without worry of experiencing or viewing products that are inappropriate to a younger shopper. In order to ensure the modesty of the platform, we discourage the selling of drugs and X-rated products and have the right to remove products if they violate our standards in any way.
Q10. Do you offer a money-back policy?
Yes, we do offer a money back guarantee, however there are some restrictions. The refund and return policies of our store includes the guarantees of refunding the money in case of any mishap. However, if the mistake is found to be malicious, or repeated inappropriate offenses, the money-back policy can be revoked.
